Pros

There are lots of pros to working at PURE. PURE has an aggressive benefits plan that affords flexibility and work/life balance as well as encouragement to pursue wellness that's not just talk. Workplace culture is very friendly, and supportive of people and their lives. Colleagues are helpful, kind and collaborate very well. Management does try to do right by employees.

Cons

It's a new company with a new concept, so it comes with growing pains with regard to infrastructure, systems, etc., but the company is working on it. Because of the company's focus on hiring the "right" person for the job, sometimes, they can be very slow to hire additional help. Also, sometimes there can be a feeling of disconnection / disadvantage if you don't work out of the White Plains office. Bonus structure can be weak.

Pros

Management is very supportive and spends a lot of time on employee development, benefits are wide-ranging and focus on work-life balance, company is growing and very successful which provides a myriad of opportunities.

Cons

Very few, but young workforce in general so a general dearth of mentor opportunities from people with a lot of experience.
