Ross has a great mind and vision for what he wants PURE to be. He invented the vision and knows what needs to happen to get there. He's a big picture thinker. That is the only pro.

Cons

The tireless recruiters put in the effort, but are incredibly misguided in their process. I am just baffled about how much of an effort the HR department put in last year asking their employees to write fake Glassdoor reviews. How much lower does it get than that? It only makes you look worse. I am just reading these fake reviews now because someone who doesn't work here told me about this.

Pure is such a unique company with an even more unique culture. We strive to recruit the best and the brightest, and in turn have a very productive, fun company culture. I feel so lucky to work for a company that values continual training to ensure our employees have everything needed for success. Pure truly invests in it's employees' happiness, which fosters a wonderful working environment and employee devotion to helping our members stay smarter, safer, and more resilient.

This company just posted about 4-5 fake reviews in the past 2 weeks on here and they are all 5 star glowing endorsements. Hmmm how odd. They asked their employees to give positive reviews online and it shows. Fake and pathetic. Trust me they are put in there in order to combat some bad reviews. This company is very self conscious and will do anything to protect their image. Sadly, they are not too good at retaining good employees. Those folks eventually leave and never look back.
