Great place to work. Senior Management(VP and Higher) very approachable and willing to listen.

Cons

Little control over long term planning. Short reaction times required due to customer expectations.

Pros

Good place to work. Great floor leaders. The job was not hard and was easy to catch on to.

Cons

In the busy season you would put in a lot of hours/days. One month worked 31 days straight and not long after that there was no work at all.
