      Pros

      the benefits are good, the coworkers are good to work with. There are great discounts at our outlets. challenging work. Half day Fridays all summer long.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons come to mind- and in the end it all comes down to each person's individual experience. Some things vary greatly from department to department.

      Company treats their employees very well. Many perks such as great associate discount at all our brands, good vaca time, half day Fridays in the Summer.

      Advancement can be tough within the company.

      Pros

      One of my first jobs, was simple enough to grasp quickly. Good sales training. Paid minimum wage starting off, but you can move up relatively quickly.

      Cons

      Can get old pretty quickly. In order to advance, you really need to show dedication, or at least that was how it was at my store.
