      Ok place to work. Stable. Not exciting or challenging.

      Pros

      Stable work environment. Good traditional benefits. Depending on your manager, you can have a great working environment or not. I happen to have a great manager.

      Cons

      Top heavy. Lots of directors and VPs, little implementation staff (CAD designers). Very political. Big discrepancy between management and non-management staff compensation, hence, lots of younger staff eventually quite. Good benefit from providing more progressive alternative benefits, such as work from home. Will pay you bare minimum salary compared to industry. Men get paid more in this company.

      Pros

      Leader in industry with recognized brands, includes Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, Izod and Bass. Well-rounded benefits package with fully funded company pension plan and 401-k matching up to 6%, 40% employee discount across all brands, and opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Notoriously pays at low end of salary scale for entry level and lower management positions...average 3% increase merit raise with annual review. Reviews are not truly performance based on set criteria.
