I love working with PVR Tech, because the company provides ample opportunities for learning and upskilling. PVR Tech helps for a work-life balance. The supervisors recognize the importance of personal well-being and encourages a healthy work-life integration. The emphasis on professional growth not only benefits the individual employees like me but also contributes to the overall success and innovation of the company.

Cons

There was some confusion while the management shifts from one to the other. It could have been done more smoothly to communicate with the employees.
