      Pros

      This is a company that values their employees and rewards hard work. The culture is great. Management has a thorough training program which allows employees to succeed, reap financial rewards, and allows the company to grow.

      I cannot come up with any cons despite my best efforts.

      Solid commission plan, good product selection, freedom to manage your territory

      Cons

      VERY low base salary, zero transparency regarding commissions, does the exact same thing as their competitors when it comes to project in territory, some poor quality product, low talent in branches due to extreme low pay scale, did i mention abysmal salary?
