      Pros

      I know part of a truck drivers duties is to complain about everything. But working for this company, its becoming a fulltime job in it's self. They have no idea how to run the trucking aspects of the job. Equipment is old and maintenance was never done by previous drivers, so know I have to deal with those consequences.

      Cons

      Everything under the sun. Dispatcher, sales reps and management.

      Pros

      Work by yourself with little to no supervision at all. No overtime usually straight 40 hour week.

      Cons

      Pay is low benefits cost a lot. Expect work done to perfection and rushed all the time. Shows favoritism to family members

      Family and team oriented atmosphere. Laid back and self paced. Easy place to settle in and work.

      Cons

      Management can't make any decisions in a timely manner. The procedures involved with small tasks overwhelm customers and employees and cost extra time and money for the company.
