      Pros

      Company treated its employee's very well at the corporate office. My manager was easy going and had been in the business for over 20 years. Everyone was very friendly and got along great and they paid well.

      Cons

      I really can't say there were any cons to this job. I found it to be one of the best jobs I'd had in my life. I resigned because I was moving further south and would have to drive 2+ hours to get there.

      Pros

      Enabled everyone in the company to take not only personal but company objectives to even higher levels.

      Cons

      The biggest problem was the overlap in responsibilities with branch operations. This sometimes occurred between Corporate Operations and Regional VP's of sales.
