Pros
Work was good and product is easy to sell if you have the right mentality.
Cons
Don't even start there is you are a person who wants to move up. There is a "good ol' boys" club that will make sure you stay at the level they want you to stay. They hire buddies from competitors that cannot lead. Some of the corporate folks are full fledged snobs and care less if you struggle at the branch level. There is no room for advancement at all. They preach it, but do not follow-thru. They are trying to be like Mobile-Mini. Corporate managers are pawns to the President of GFN. What he says, goes. I loved working there, but could handle the fact that they do not need or appreciate loyal people.
