      Pros

      Family oriented and mamgment seems to care about employees.

      Cons

      Vacation time seems ok but you are forced to take it during winter hours. Hours get cut when it is slow.

      Pros

      Flexibility with work life. Great place to gain lab experience. The people I work with are great.

      Cons

      Pay not great. Ability to advance none existence. Everyone starts out Asst. Chemist but then you find yourself working with or training someone with no college education but same job title as you.
