They take pride in their employees. Very family felt environment! Year round activities to keep the spirit up such as crawfish boils, Christmas gift exchanges, etc. They care about the person themselves and not so much how much they can make for you. Team oriented.

Cons

The pay could be better. They have competitive salaries, takes more than some are willing to give in order to receive. Sometimes promises are made to clients that may not be realistic but idealistic.
