Pros
Pace Analytical has a decent benefits package and my position allowed flex time and a condensed workweek which was a great bonus. Several of the positions at Pace are entry level (hence a lower salary) but it is an excellent company to gain experience in a technical field. Most of the company is young, just out of college, so if you are of that age group you will fit right in.
Cons
Does not pay nearly as much as other companies doing the same work (the flex time and condensed workweek made up for this). If you are older you might not fit in with the younger workforce.
