      Not paying on Time Salary

      Pros

      No New Requirements to work on it, you should have to work on single requirement couple of weeks. No improvement. If you got a consultant with in the rate range they will not submit to client. Ask unnecessary questions like who pay your room rent, electricity bill, daily wages, If more than 50 miles will you travel, if you got better opportunity will you stay or left out and finally feedback to recruiter he is not fit for this position because if he got another project he accepted. (I'm telling one thing he needs job we are here to recruit them and submit to management and these fellow management people sit idle and reject the consultant our hard work is waste). Coming up salary they will not pay on time, we will take some other persons(like beggars told that salary will get then pay you). No improvement don't have directly client interaction. If submit profile for particular position and getting interview schedule we will not get feedback up to 2 months. If you resign and you are in notice period you will never get salary even try to follow up whole life.

      Cons

      Its a waste to write here they will never change and never follow ethics.

      You took salaries and absconded from work. You never produced results nor at-least have submitted one resume in two days. There is never an instance of company not paying salaries, it is just an allegation you are making on the company as you don't need experience and relieving documents. In case if you are still ready to accept challenges, please come down we can discuss and take you back on rolls. Thanks - HRD

      Worst company ever with no professional ethics and zero knowledge on work process

      i have not seen anything positive here

      Cons

      No clients with dierct vendorship. Same requirements for months. Worst employee treatment. management never listen to employees. no idea of work management. no professional ethics. purely money minded company. they dont have proper work in hand and they want results immediately from employees. they cant even wait till the prohibition period of a employee is completed and they fire him without pay.
