Pros

I have worked for this company about a 1yr & 1/2 and I absolutely love it. I recommend this job to anyone who loves making a difference in others lives. I have 3 families I have been with for a year and 1/2 and I can say they are wonderful. I can absolutely see the difference from when I am there to when I'm not. Everyone needs someone to help at times and I'm glad I have the opportunity to do so.

Cons

I wish we were able to take our clients outdoors. Like for a walk or to the park but other than that I don't have any other Cons.

-You get to choose the hours you want and need. -Everyone is lovely and heart warming and caring with one another. -Anything you having trouble with, they’ll help you right away. -I love working with the families and helping them out.

Cons

For me there isn’t any cons, I haven’t had any issues with Pacific HomeCare
