      I don’t really know of any.

      Cons

      They outsourced 2/3 of the workers to offshore. With this most of the system knowledge left the company. Long hours for the few employees that are left.

      Short sighted department, questionable leadership

      Pros

      The department seems to understand who it is, and who it isn't. As such it has brought in "fresh" perspective to bring the department into the 21st century. The view from the Newport offices is pretty nice.

      Cons

      The department is stuck in the 90s. Most "fresh" perspective that has been brought in has been summarily quashed, with a few exceptions. Current executive leader projects a "flavor of the day" attitude, and shows little aptitude or appetite for actual department leadership. If you're not a "yes!" man/woman, you won't fit in.

      Pros

      Great training, dynamic team environment, great pay. Great company if you are on the right team

      Cons

      Management tells you one thing, but does another. The top performers really have say on who gets fired and/or reprimanded and its sad because they can have a personal vendetta against you (for whatever reason) and find the smallest things to gripe about and it goes against YOU. I have never worked in an environment where management was against you and not the aggressor. I have done everything I was asked for and still get reprimanded like a child.
