Good work life balance.Great culture and benefits

Pros

Provides friendly work environment and excellent benefits. Benefits include 401k match + 4% free and Free health insurance (including vision&dental), life insurance etc.. Good work life balance for most people but that really depends on who your boss is.

Cons

The culture (Being super friendly, being political correct, can not show negative emotions) makes it hard to have people accountable for their mistakes. However this creates friendly work environment so I did not mind. This does not seem to be the case for in leadership positions though as plenty of them have been parted ways during my time at the company. Vesting period is also long for 401k company match (Takes 5 years to be fully vested.)

Cons

The industry moves very slowly so there isn't a lot of change. Internally the reporting is getting faster which is a good thing.

Pros

Good company culture that values hard work. Benefit are good and pay is fair. They like to promote from within and are dedicated to training their associates to move forward (as long as the associate is willing to put in the work).

Cons

Not many, good work/life balance. Unfortunately, I was hired at the wrong time and the company decided to restructure.
