Pros

Good benefits and nice people

Cons

Do not believe what they tell you about their hybrid /remotework policy or commitment to work life balance. The company just let us know that we will be required to come in four days a week and many people who were hired as remote are being told move to Newport Beach or Omaha or you lose your job. Leadership is old school and totally out of touch. Most people cannot afford to move within 50 miles of Newport Beach CA so they say "We value our people" but are showing us with their actions that they truly do not care about the individuals, their families or their health with this antiquated back to office nonsense. Never mind the environmental impact of all these people driving back and forth in Orange County traffic. The new CEO has gutted the the heart of the company to feed his own ego.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our new hybrid approach is focused on more time in the office to support our nearly 160-year legacy through a stronger emphasis on in-person engagement, growth and development, collaboration and knowledge sharing, while still providing employees with flexibility. Working together in person is an important part of sustaining our culture and we will continue to support our employees as we transition into our new hybrid model.
