Easy to get complacent

Pros

Great benefits, good flexibility, nice people.

Cons

Not challenging intellectually and a lot of decisions don’t seem to make sense. Not in a lack of transparency way - lack of logic. It’s because 15 senior executives spend 5 weeks analyzing one PowerPoint slide to make a decision and the consensus is ultimately something so myopic and small that it fails to address any real issue.
