Pacific Life is a GREAT company. everyone I worked with in the last 3 years was amazing and very caring and I really love(d) my time here (leaving soon). Performance reviews are actually a real thing here and worked on throughout the year. The culture is FANTASTIC and what I love the most is the ability to self-manage and add value throughout the organization. I would highly recommend it for anyone who has the right attitude and for people that are ready to be the best version of themselves.
