Benfits, insurance, excellent work environment, cafes, ability to move up in the company, lots of advancement opportunity within the company

Cons

Residents end up passing on after you learn their story, that is the hardest part in working with the elderly

Pros

Family-like atmosphere at the main office with many community outreach events and a lot of opportunities to give in the community. Most employees are service oriented at heart and care about what we are trying to accomplish as an organization. Fun atmosphere, incredible benefits all around. Have really enjoyed working with this group.

Cons

There is always a lot of work to do and we would benefit from better interdepartmental processes to keep everyone in touch with things going on. Sometimes we are stalled by communication issues because everyone is so busy. Hiring new people takes a long time and getting promoted is usually based on how long you’ve been there.
