Pros
Paciolan (formerly Spectra) does get certain things right. The workload is manageable, the finances appear to be fairly stable, and people working there generally have a warm and friendly vibe. Signs of office politics are occasionally visible, but it is not a significant issue at Paciolan by any means. You can usually just look away and it's easy to stay out of the drama. If you are looking for a low-stress environment where you can clock in and out everyday without the pressure to perform, then you may have found your paradise here at Paciolan.
Cons
This is an old company and its determined to keep it that way. The place actively pushes out young, ambitious professionals in favor of semi-retirees with thick resumes who are happy to sit and keep things running stable, but are incapable of reading the latest trends or bring anything new to the organization. Loyalty and experience are good values to promote and encourage, but Paciolan takes the idea to the extreme. It happily doles out scheduled promotions at given intervals regardless of merit, and when rare hints of innovation or leadership does emerge, it quickly flames out due to lack of support from the management. The pay is low and benefits are at a bare minimum.
