Pros
The people at Paciolan are dedicated to their customers and to each other. Their customer service is top notch and they put every effort in to meet their customer's needs. The people I worked with in Product development were very talented and great people. I have life-long friendships from my years there.
Cons
Company has changed ownership multiple times which led to a roller coaster ride as project priorities were shifted to meet new priorities. Healthcare benefits are expensive and they got rid of 401K match so factor that into any salary negotiations.
