Great benefits, Great product offering. Have everything a customer needs in flexible packaging.

Cons

Ton of turnover. Never the same person in the same role over two months. Retail division is a mess. No one left from one year ago. Promotion pay does not equal what they are paying people from the outside. Huge imbalance between long term employees and new hires. Not for everyone. Chaos culture. Military ideas without military structure or training.
