      Inhumane workplace from HELL

      Pros

      I'm not severely injured. I receive a paycheck. I didn't let Pactiv destroy my spirit and decided to seek employment elsewhere.

      Cons

      You don't matter. Training is minimal. Hazardous. Scars, bruises, and burns are daily physically/mentally.

      Great pay rate for operators, good benefits

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, been here for 4 years and still on 3rd shift, lousy managers and team leads, bad turn over rate with temp employees, no one will help you out, you only get 3 breaks over 12 hours, poor ventilation, hot work conditions, there's so much more I could write as far as cons go..

      Full time work,steady paycheck,easy to get hired.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts alternating 3-4 days per week. They put you on a line to pack plastic spoons,forks,knives. Very fast paced and it's hard to get them to break you for the he bathroom.
