Pros
Work was pretty much steady. They pay pretty good.
Cons
They have a total lack of concern for employees. You have to work 'very' hard, and expect little help. They will write you up for any infraction, and not give it a second thought. I worked there for 15 years and was never happy, but I had a family to support, and that was my trade. In my opinion, this is definitely a no other choice situation.
