      I felt stuck.

      Pros

      The benefit package was nice, including flma, vacation, insurance, 401k. They have a set pay scale so you know how much you will make, without it being at the discretion of someone else.

      Cons

      Rotating shifts including two Weeks of day shift then two Weeks of night shift with only 12 hour shifts. Even with industrial Size air conditioner s it was extremely HOT!

      Pros

      Great company to work for, very family oriented within the department I was in. There really know how to show their employees are appreicated for a job well done. Great benefits, and perks.

      Cons

      Company wide lay-off, you have to sign a wavier that you can't work for them again, and a non compete clause if you want your severance pay and insurance for the next two months.
