Great salary and benefits, employees were great to work with, challenging so you won't get bored there, management pretty flexible when you need to deal with personal issues

Cons

Long hours, favoritism at the plant level, no guidance or direction in moving up in the company, company bought out so lots of layoffs

Pactiv has a really good benefit program. Pactiv treats all of their employees fair and equal. Theres is room for advancement at Pactiv.

Cons

The only downside to working at pactiv is the rotating shifts.
