      The employees and managers at the Chippewa Falls plant were awesome to work with in the 8 years I was there.

      Cons

      Always following the "Newest Best Way" even if a better plan was in place.

      Great pay and benefits. Typical large company culture.

      Cons

      Absolutely no formal product training when hired on. Too much administrative work that keeps you in the office and not out in the field were you belong. Management and goals are constantly changing. Never a constant focus. Selling commodity type items focusing on price rather than the features, advantages and benefits of the product.
