      Pros

      Plastic packaging does fairly well even when the econcomy slows down. It will never be a barn burner and it will never completely dry up.

      Cons

      Since the leveraged buy out by the Rank group, the future has been completely scuttled with layoff of the improvement and change agents. The rest are left to just "turn the crank" until it gets IPO'd with a very loarge debt burden.

      Poor leadership of Top Management Old axiom to protect friends instead of taking care of the business They treat you as a thief when the layoff happens Didn't fill out positions open for more than 1 year, having people overwhelm HR doesn't care for the people Lack of leadership Supervisors afraid of their employees, due the lack of competency Acquired by a foreign group that only cares about $$$$$$
