      The 3 days on 2 days off 2 days on and 3 days off is helpful with work life balance. But because of the pay your still working either a 2nd job or working overtime when available

      Cons

      They are continuously having problems with machines. The machinery is outdated and being asked to take days off so they can fix it is getting out of hand.
