Moving forward quickly and willing to invest in themselves and the company future. Great people to work with. Great culture, loved my time with Pactiv.

Cons

A little Micromanagement focused at times, Hybrid environment caused management to be paranoid about every minute of each employees time, was getting worse as I left.
