      The money for the area was competitive.

      Cons

      Benefits were less than other area comparably. The promotions were only for those with friends in high positions. The atmosphere was toxic and edgy between salary and hourly. Always pointing the blame. Ready to fire to promote fear in the hourly work force. Union sucked the blood out of you after the company had their fill. Over 20 years and finally shut it down because bs reason,
