      Pros

      Great Pay, decent vacation package. Work life balance is pretty good.

      Cons

      Leadership. If dislike micro management, this is not the place for you. Favoritism and nepotism runs deep in Bakersfield plant. Feels like the company is fazing out male workers in favor of a majority female work force. Leadership tends to make reactive decisions instead of being proactive.

      They don't follow rules or regulations, if you are disabled, they will fire you for that reason regardless of the legal ramifications.
