Pros

Young employees can get a lot of experience quickly and build their portfolios. Compensation is adequate.

Cons

A handful of employees carry nearly all of the load, and the majority barely pull their weight. The teams are kept very lean, so when the stars burn out and leave, productivity really drops. D&I initiatives are non-existent.

Pros

The company is very innovative and their products are best-in-class. There are tons of data to do ML/DL with and a clear path forward for what concerns the product. Very relaxed environment where there is a lot to learn from world class engineers. SW development at its best. People are open to have a dialogue and hear feedback. Very open-minded. Fully remote jobs.
