What a horrible experience

Pros

My co-workers were supportive and collaborative.

Cons

Pretty much everything with senior leadership, outside the CRO when I was employed.

Fun company with flaws

Pros

Really nice people I work with. Some freedom to do you work via remote or in office

Cons

Very sales driven. Outside of sales, it seems like the rest of the company just exists. Part of EOY bonus model is derived by how well sales does, which, imo, isn't fair to the rest of the organization. Also sometimes feels like there is no direction and leadership sometimes seems clueless.

Serious growing pains

Pros

It was better than unemployment, slightly.

Cons

No onboarding, no real GTM plan, benefits are lacking, CEO is in over his head.
