FDE culture is such a brilliant thing to learn, everyone I work with is interesting, held to an exceptionally high bar, and generally mission focused

Cons

Can get politically difficult to navigate at around the 2-3 yr mark. Middle management is a huge hit or miss and leadership is terrible at taking action when they’re doing poorly
