Good opportunities to get exposure to customers, interesting research if you know what customers actually need in filtration.

Cons

Too many reorganizations without no good reasons. Senior management spent too much time on politics and research seems to be the least important thing to look at.

Good salary and decent benefits. Work can be rewarding but don’t rock the boat.

Cons

Too much company politics. Don’t argue with anyone above your immediate manager, if you do you will be shown the door as soon as they can find a good excuse. Vacation time is supposedly “unlimited” which is code for only take 2 weeks off regardless of how long one has worked at the company.
