      Old school mentality, not flexible with work hours/location (until COVID, but even so they're eager to make everyone go back to the office)

      Pros

      Danaher owned company, which provides the perks of a good 401k match, good pto, and good health care coverage.

      Cons

      Management is smoke and mirrors. No technical expertise in any of the management, they present a false sense of leadership to upper management but are not qualified for their job titles. Most do not understand the fundamentals of their industry or engineering principles.
