Pros

Until a few years ago this was a company where you can work perfectly.

Cons

Now it is just a number, there is no cure to the result, but only a series of procedures that do nothing but weigh environment and mood of the staff.

Pros

Strong market position across some products, well regarded brand in the sector, strong R&D expertise, remuneration at or better than market for Sales roles

Cons

Poor culture - complacent management stuck in old ways with little initiative on growth options for the Australian business, poor employee review and feedback system. Hopefully the Danaher acquisition can breathe some life into the place, or at the least give it a good shake up.
