Great people who understand the medical and biopharmaceutical market. Company is well known in the industry and enables networking with some of the top KOLs in the field. Good place to work for those interested in getting experience at a big industrial or life sciences company.

Cons

Upper management does not address problems with departments that aren't contributing. A bit of an "old boys club" with few women in the senior management positions.
