      Living in Florida is good. The paid holidays are also nice.

      They are stuck in good old boys network. No real opportunity to change and grow.

      Pros

      Great exposure to clients needs and making contacts at clients. Some of my best work projects, including the one project that is the most important, enjoyable of my career. I had the opportunity to travel the world for Pall.

      If you are here after the age of 50,.start looking for another job. Management losing customer and employee focus. Not interested in retaining or rewarding key employees
