Had a good flexible schedule and boss being part time.

Cons

No benefits except retirement being part time. If your full time its more of a pain to get off due to limited personal and or its frowned upon. 30 min lunch. Customer service to some times but not all the time, intoxicated people or stuck up people. Open on cristmas day and eve and thanksgiving, year around. Ask people who work there on ways to improve it

I was an intern for Palm Beach Counties ISS unit and what a terrible experience that was. The people there are clueless and miserable and management is virtually non-existent.
