You get to directly contribute to your community by helping people find affordable clothing, furniture, and household items. Seeing the impact of your work is incredibly rewarding.

There’s so much potential

Pros

The hours are good Most of the people I work with are nice I get to see a lot of cool stuff go through the store

Cons

Pay is not great and there isn’t much more pay for moving up There are a few not nice people that don’t have to be accountable for their actions A lot of the customers like to argue with us over prices Management is a mess because some of them are a part of the earlier mentioned not so nice people with no accountability
