Pros

This doesn’t have to be a bad place to work. If you come in with a good attitude, a positive mindset, and a sense of humor, it is possible to enjoy what you do. Everything is what you make of it.

Cons

There are too many rules. What you can buy and when you can buy it. What you can and can not do to your store. The expectations are ridiculous.

Great coworkers, able to have fun externally while quietly dying

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from above, lots of gossip, some upper mgmt are clueless, and others are narcissists, oh the gaslighting. If your mental health is important, avoid. Wish I had known.
