- Awesome culture- great people, inclusive, diverse, hard working - Solid benefits including unlimited PTO - CEO is a great person, have been working here for 6 years (someone who cares for his people, especially the ones doing their best to make a difference in the company ) - Great autonomy: I have lots of space to focus and work in a way that aligns with my family life (have a 3 year old son). - FULLY REMOTE: This is a non- negotiable for me personally

Cons

- You better be ready to shift (often and quickly). This is a high growth company IE 100-300% growth over the last 6 years (this means change is a constant). Not a con for me personally but could see this being a con for some.

Palmetto is home to some brilliant, creative minds trying to solve the biggest problem we are facing across the globe - climate crisis. The company is transparent, smart leaders, and offers much autonomy. You have the benefit of working at a tech company, without all the politics I've seen in many other tech cos. Fully remote!

Cons

Nothing worth noting, Palmetto is doing great work.
