Pros

A lot of budget to try new marketing ideas

Cons

Marketing is going down hill since the new SVP started. They just had massive layoffs in marketing and people were quitting in waves over stress from new management. They are firing people and then hiring their own people from servicenow. The culture used to be great and now it’s gone so down hill. So sad to see since it used to be such a great place.

Pros

High pay (RSU's dwindling as company grows/matures though so hurry or look elsewhere)

Cons

Leadership is trash. They treat you like disposable garbage no matter what. Savage business people who don't respect how long you've served the company or any niceties whatsoever - just cold hard soulless business. New VP's and leadership cut people on a whim to cut costs, regardless of checking the individual's contributions or if their product earns more money for the company than letting them go would, etc. Just blind actions to make them seem good so they can put on their resume "cut costs by X" and move on to their next VP job in 2 years at a diff company. In other words, company slowly being gutted and declining due to people getting leadership roles that shouldn't be hired at that level and don't know what they're doing. They are ruining the company from the inside out. The rest of old dogs are rest & vesting and don't care. All middle management and managers are Yes-Men and passive. Company will begin to decline and bleed out starting in probably ~5-10 years. If you're not in HQ you're disposable trash and nothing. HQ is the only people that matters.
