      Innovative Product, Old School Management

      Pros

      The product is disruptive and innovative.

      Cons

      Management team is hierarchal. Founder talks about culture all the time but the walk/talk are not in line. Executive management team isn't held to a high performance standard within their organizations. This company feels like many older/slower companies, allowing non performers to stay much longer than they should bringing the entire productivity to a lower common denominator.

      Pros

      * Ground breaking technology - our leadership team and engineers know what they're doing. * Career growth - if you can perform well here, there are plenty of opportunities for upward movement. * Solid benefits - medical, dental, vision, bonus plan, stock, etc. * Free snacks in the break rooms. * Friendly employees - people are always smiling and saying hello to each other (even between folks they don't know). * Company events - they don't do it too often, but the events are nice when they do host. * Innovative environment.

      Cons

      * Sometimes groups (even in the same department) can be a little segregated. Wished there was a bit more unification. * We need more of an assortment of healthy snacks.
