      Pros

      Lots of camaraderie among co-workers with a high work ethic. Hours are very flexible due to use of state of the art technology. Most people who leave leave on their own, very few terminated by company.

      Cons

      Very low pay can be expected in all aspects of employment. Many employees making only a fraction of what they would make at a larger broadcast company.
