You're only going to move up if you're a yes man. Or if your related to our sleeping with someone in upper management. They don't promote women and pay isn't competitive and huge gender wage gap.

Male chauvinistic, like going back to the 50s and 60s. Poor management, miss management, incompetent people. Like a bunch of zombies not willing to stand up for themselves. No one wants to make, or will make a decision for fear of loosing their jobs. A very backwards company. Not forward thinking...but they will tell you they are.
